Hair Loss Signs Disturbed Blood Circulation

Researchers at a university in Finland compared the men who still have hair in middle age and men who have experienced hair loss before the age of 30 years. They found that men who lose some hair that has indications of risk for insulin resistance is quite significant.

Insulin resistance is closely related to some diseases, such as hypertension, atherosclerosis, blood vessel dilation disease, obesity, and diabetes.

"You can fight hair loss and these risks by maintaining weight, exercising, avoiding smoking, and eating healthy fresh foods," says Sirkka Keinanen-Kuikaanneimi, MD, PhD, chairman of the study, as quoted Healthscout.

Although he suggested above can not restore your hair back that fall, moves that will reduce your risk for the disorder is more serious.
